Sabrina Carpenter took the world by storm with the August release of her fifth studio album, Short n’ Sweet. Although Carpenter had been making waves in the acting and music spaces for 10 years and counting, the release of Short n’ Sweet has solidified her place as a pop culture icon. The 12-track album ranges from catchy and cheeky pop hits to country folk-inspired tunes and heartfelt ballads.

Short n’ Sweet garnered large commercial success, with singles “Please, Please, Please” and “Espresso” spending numerous weeks on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Additionally, the record earned a total of eight nominations at the 2025 Grammy Awards, with Carpenter taking home the awards for best pop vocal album and best pop solo performance.

But Carpenter did not stop at the Grammys. After her success, the pop star teased the release of Short n’ Sweet Deluxe. The deluxe album features four new tracks and a folk-inspired remix of her hit single “Please, Please, Please” featuring none other than country legend Dolly Parton. The deluxe tracks are the perfect addition to Carpenter’s already highly praised album. The tracks “15 Minutes” and “Busy Woman” are bubbly and catchy, encapsulating Carpenter’s flirty style, whereas “Couldn’t Make It Any Harder” and “Bad Reviews” are heartfelt ballads where she bears it all.

In late 2024, Carpenter performed the ever-popular album on the North American leg of the Short n’ Sweet Tour and is currently performing on the European leg. Accompanying the release of her extended album, Carpenter has also announced the extension of her sold-out Short n’ Sweet Tour, using the catchy slogan, “It’s Even Sweeter!” The star has added an additional North American leg to the tour and will return to Pittsburgh, New York, Nashville, Toronto, and Los Angeles in October and November.

Whether you’re a casual listener or a superfan, it’s undeniable that Sabrina Carpenter has made waves with the release of Short n’ Sweet—and she’s here to stay!
