Last year I was scrolling on TikTok and came across one of my favorite lifestyle content creators “Hannah Detwiller’s” account. She was talking about her new job as Social Media Manager at a new up incoming company called “Locker”. Obviously intrigued, I looked into the company which became one of the best shopping decisions of my life.

Locker is an app and Chrome extension dubbed as the “Pinterest of Online Shopping."  The app organizes your shopping links and saves them into a virtual wish list or collages all in one place. They recently added an extension where you can from the app directly go to popular websites and add items to your wishlist that way. When I first found this app it reminded me of Cher’s closet from the 1990’s movie Clueless: which made me even more of a fan. The company prides itself in trying to “Cancel Tab and Hoarder Culture”. From my experience, it has limited the amount of screenshots of clothing from websites in my camera roll. Locker is a woman run company, with CEO Kristine Locker helping revolutionize the game of online shopping. The company is very popular in the south, specifically with southern sororities, but gaining traction annually. To start your next shopping list download Locker at Locker 2.0, “Inc”. on all app stores.
