After a relaxing spring break, it can be difficult to get yourself back on track. The onset of warm weather after a dreary winter, endless exams and anticipation for summer are all reasons why finishing the semester strong can be a challenge. Here are some quick tips to set yourself up for a successful rest of the semester.

Self-care: Taking care of your overall well-being should be your top priority. Making time to do your favorite face mask, paint your nails, start journaling or even watch an episode of your favorite Netflix series can make a huge difference.
Healthy Habits: If you’re like me, making time to exercise or prepare a healthy meal can be a daunting task. I recommend starting small. Grab some friends for a quick walk around campus or devote some time to making a recipe you’ve always wanted to try.
Break Up Your Work: Nobody likes the luring feeling of upcoming projects and assignments. To lighten your load, start doing your assignments in small pieces. To the average procrastinator, this may seem intimidating, but it can be very rewarding.
Keep Yourself Organized: As cliche as it sounds, a clear space is a clear mind. Keeping your space organized can motivate you to keep all your materials in order.
Focusing on yourself first sets a solid foundation for the rest of your school year. Let’s get back into the ‘spring’ of things!
