Since the recent release of the “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders” documentary on Netflix, and the resurgence of 90’s nostalgia, a bouncy blowout is the new go-to hairstyle to elevate any look. The hairstyle is easily a confidence booster by giving a look that effortlessly put-together appeal that every it-girl is incorporating into their style.

This trend has highly complimented the more relaxed, timeless, back-to-basics style that has been reemerging recently. The hairstyle pairs perfectly with a cozy sweater, jeans, and cute sneakers: perfect for fall. However, that's not all a blowout is fit for. This hairstyle can immaculately compliment chic night-out attire which is an ideal moment to be highlighted on social media.

So, blowouts are back, but how do you achieve one? There are a variety of ways to achieve the effortless bounciness that brings a blowout to life.

When working with wet hair, many people love using the Dyson Air-wrap, Shark FlexStyle, and other similar products due to the two-in-one technology that dries and styles the hair with only one tool.

These products typically have attachments that make the process easier than using a hairdryer and roller brush which is the traditional method to achieve this hair style.

Another tool that is typically used on dry hair to achieve this look is a Hot Thermal Round Brush. This type of brush is perfect for giving dry hair the bouncy blow-out look because it is the same type of brush used when traditionally blowing out hair but instead the brush itself heats up to achieve the desired look.

Additionally, on top of using whatever tool to achieve the blowout, many people will use rollers on face-framing pieces or other parts of their hair to help hold and finish off the look.

So the next time you need a hairstyle that is chic, timeless, and impeccable for any occasion, a blowout is the ideal choice.
